Warranty

All Craft Line products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the original date of possession. The overall term of the warranty is from the original possession date and replacement parts or products are deemed original for the purpose of this warranty. If a product is found to be defective upon inspection by an authorized Craft Line Rep, the defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge, or a credit allowance may be issued to the dealer to permit dealer sale on an as is basis.

This warranty obligation is a LIMITED WARRANTY and is for the repair, replacement or credit adjustment of the defective component and those other components integrally associated with it. The warranty does not cover transportation costs or on-site labor charges, nor any damaged or product failure due to transportation, installation, abuse or misuse. This warranty covers only those products supplied by Craft Line. Materials supplied by dealers and or installers are not covered herein. Craft Line works closely with its suppliers of laminate and solid surface. Materials supplied by these companies are excluded from Craft Line’s warranty as they are covered by the individual suppliers to their own specification (heat, stain, scratch, etc). Externally purchased products such as granite, tile, sinks, accessories, and non-laminate countertops that are provided by Craft Line Retail outlets, may be covered by specific third party manufacturers' warranties and are not part of this warranty.

Damaged or swollen joints due to water or heat are not covered by this warranty.
